Our Technical Support (Helpline) is available on +49-(0) 64 41-96 6180 or by e-mail at helpline@lt-i.com, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It regularly happens during commissioning or in the project design process that a question occurs for which a quick answer is needed. You can get direct, free support from our applications experts, who will be able to provide you with comprehensive technical assistance and advice on a wide range of topics:

 

  • Operation of our standard frequency inverters and servocontrollers
  • Diagnosis of machine messages
  • User interfaces and machine documentation
  • Tips on how to use the drive systems more effi ciently
  • Information and documentation on discontinued machine series

To enable us to deal with your query quickly and effi ciently, please have the key details to hand when calling, such as your address, the product designation (fi rmware), a description of the error that has occurred and the relevant line data.

If your query is broader in scope or of a more detailed nature, the Helpline team will reconstruct the problem at hand and pass it on to one of our specialists, who will then call you back with a proposed solution as quickly as possible.

The Helpline also serves as a valuable information and help resource, passing on your inquiries and questions to the Project Support team or to our Support and Service specialists who will then contact you directly with an answer.

At the moment, all servo drives of series ServoOne and ServoOne junior with Real-time Ethernet bussystems (SERCOS III, EtherCAT) or the conventional bussystems SERCOS II, CANopen and PROFIBUS are available 6-8 weeks after receipt of orders.
