Our system does not detect the option module. What do we have to do?
Please check:

Separate 24V power supply Provide the option module with a separate 24V power source.

Contacting: Is the module properly connected? Remove the module and reconnect it. Is there any noticeable damage to the contacts?

If you are using a CM-CAN2, x.x module, note that the first time it starts up an initialisation routine is run through lasting about 1 minute (during which both LEDs on the option module ready for operation.

If the above measures do not remedy the fault, please contact our Technical Support Helpline on +49 6441-966-180. Before calling, please make a note of the following:
- The module`s type designation and serial number
- The module`s firmware version where appropriate (indicated on the ratin plate)
- The drive controller`s Type designation and serial number
- The drive controller`s firmware version
