Karl-Heinz Lust, born Sept. 2, 1946. Study of Physics at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen. In 1971 he founded the later LTi DRiVES GmbH which he managed as director.

Among other honorary activities in various societies and associations he was Honorary President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Wetzlar, member of the board of ZVEI and Chairman of the trade association electric drives within the ZVEI.

Mister Karl-Heinz Lust died on Sept. 9, 2009.

Dr. Wolfgang Lust, born Dec. 27, 1969. Studies of Law and Business Studies in Freiburg, Hagen and Lausanne. Diploma in economics and law. In 2002 PhD in contract law. Experience gained in various companies. Since mid 2000 Managing Director of the LTi DRiVES GmbH, since 2003 also Managing Director of LTi REEnergy GmbH.

Besides his business activities he is very commited in university training. He is co-initiator of the dual study concept StudiumPlus at the university Gießen-Friedberg. As member of the board of trustees " Duale Hochschulstudien StudiumPlus" he represents the interests of the entrepreneurs regarding the definition of the content of the studies and also works as a lecturer where he passes on his knowledge and experience gained in everyday business life to the students.

On Sept. 28, 2011, Mr. Dr. Wolfgang Lust was elected as Chairman of the Hessian regional office of the ZVEI.

Dr. Josef Wiesing, born April 15, 1959. Studied electrical engineering at the University of Paderborn and then completed his doctorate in the field of control of rotating field drives. Began his career at LTi in 1991 as a group leader in servo and systems engineering. Since 1998 section head with responsibility for Product Management and Applications, and since 2004 additionally head of Development. Effective from the start of 2007, Director of LTi DRiVES GmbH and responsible for Development, Product Management and Applications. Outside of the company, he is also a member of the Drives Committee of SPS/IPC/DRIVES.

Ralf Prechtel, born January 1, 1959. Study of electrical engineering at the University of Niederrhein. Experience gained as Sales Manager and Managing Director in various companies in the field of drive technology, medical technology and textile engineering. Since March 2002 Managing Director of LTi DRiVES GmbH in Unna, additionally, effective from the start of 2003, Head of Sales of LTi DRiVES in Lahnau. Thereby responsible for the complete sales of LTi DRiVES. Since 2008 also responsible for the photovoltaics segment. Outside of the company, he is also a member of the board of SERCOS International and member of the drive systems committee of  ZVEI.
